Those of you who know me know that I train to fight in mixed martial arts competitions, amongst other things. One of my coaches, Ricardo Almeida, just made a huge comeback to MMA after taking years off to dedicate himself to teaching BJJ. He fought in the most recent UFC event, Breaking Point (UFC 81), in the middleweight division against Rob Yundt.
